This study aimed to assess the relationship between service innovation in the hotel industry and job satisfaction, work attitudes,and turnover intention from the employee's point of view. 255 valid samples were collected from hotel staff.Results of the analysis showed that service innovation has a significant impact on job satisfaction and job attitudes, and thatboth job satisfaction and work attitudes have a significant impact on turnover intention. In the past, limited research was conductedon the potential impact of service innovation on employees in the hospitality industry. This paper is an important contribution toresearch in this area.The results of this study provide a valuable contribution to understanding the impact of service innovation on hotel industryemployees and provides a theoretical framework for researchers, policy makers, and managers in the hospitality industry. Therefore,it has made significant contributions to the literature. |
