Food agriculture education develops simple farming skills through the experience of participants in leisure agriculture which is from agricultural production, processing, and cooking. Then to cultivate learners to understand food sources, improve food choice ability, and develop healthy eating habits. The cultivation of these abilities has become one of the effective publicities and learning methods to promote the popularization of food and agricultural concepts. How to provide an interesting, entertaining experience process, and then achieve the establishment of the food and agricultural education is the key factor to achieve the goal. The study uses the Wumiler Community in the Houbi District of Tainan as the research field. Based on the participants' experience evaluation and feedback on the food and agriculture courses, through in-depth interviews, the attractive experiences of the courses are summarized. Then an experience evaluation questionnaire is constructed basing on the interview results, and a survey of the participants’ experience evaluation and satisfaction with the Wumiler Community Food and Agriculture Education Course is conducted. The research results summarized the participants’ perception of the charming experience of the food farming education field, and clarified the correlation between experience attributes and participant satisfaction through quantitative analysis. The research results can provide a reference for the design of the future food and agriculture education experience field and curriculum planning. |
