本研究旨在探討學習輔助犬之介入對國小聽覺障礙兒童溝通能力之影響,表現於口語清晰度、語言理解能力以及家長的觀感上,研究對象為一名國小四年級重度聽覺障礙兒童,研究方法採用單一個案研究法之撤回設計,以「國語正音檢核表」及「修訂學齡兒童語言障礙評量表」,檢視研究對象溝通能力整體的改變,並使用「語言樣本分析」以及自編之「語言理解表現評量表」與「溝通能力表現成效訪談題綱」,觀察研究對象於溝通能力各向度的改變情形。研究結果發現如下:一、學習輔助犬介入對國小聽覺障礙兒童之「口語清晰度」具「立即成效」。二、學習輔助犬介入對國小聽覺障礙兒童之「口語清晰度」具「保留成效」。三、學習輔助犬介入對國小聽覺障礙兒童之「語言理解能力」具有正向成效。四、家長對學習輔助犬介入課程持正向態度。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The purpose of this single-subject withdraw experimental study is to examine the effects of learning with assistance dog program on improving the speech intelligibility and language comprehension ability. The participant of this study was an elementary school fourth-grade student with hearing impaired. The participant's speech intelligibility and language comprehension ability were assessed by the“Chinese Language Articulation Checklist”and“Revised Language Assessment Scale for School-age Children”. The“Language Sample Analysis”,“Language Comprehension and Expression Assessment Scale”were used to observe the dynamic changes of the participant's communication skills. All data were analyzed by visual inspection. The parents' satisfaction with the intervention program was evaluated using a feedback questionnaire. The results of this study indicated that the intervention program of learning with assistance dog resulted in enhanced and retained effects on“speech intelligibility”. Both the immediate and retained effects of the intervention program were positive and substantial for the participant. The enhanced and retained effects on“Revised Language Assessment Scale for School-age Children”were found as well. Both the immediate and retained effects were positive and substantial for participant. The parents of the participant believe that learning with assistance dog program were positively helpful to their child in terms of speech intelligibility and language comprehension ability. The intervention program of learning with assistance dog on the speech intelligibility and language comprehension ability was effective on students with hearing impairments. Based on the main findings, the teaching methods for elementary students with hearing impaired and for the further research were suggested. |
