提升早產兒袋鼠式護理執行率改善方案

To Increase the Implementation Rate of Kangaroo Care Among Preterm Infants

「袋鼠式護理」藉由雙親肌膚接觸提供早產兒溫暖、穩定生命徵象、促進親子關係，同時可增加父母育兒信心及減輕壓力。本專案經現況分析發現：父母親對「袋鼠式護理」害怕、焦慮及緊張、爸爸太累、醫護人員不積極等三項原因，致使本單位早產兒袋鼠式護理執行率僅16.7%。本專案目的為提升早產兒袋鼠式護理執行率，透過袋鼠衣設計及彈性調整會客時間、營造舒適環境及減輕爸爸探訪奔波之疲憊，舉辦在職教育及制訂標準書，提升早產兒袋鼠式護理執行率至34.4%。期望藉此專案分享成功經驗，並提升早產兒照護品質。

Kangaroo care can stabilize infants’ vital signs, promote parent-infant relationship and increase the confidence of the parents. Three major causes including fear and anxiety of parents, feeling of exhaustion on the part of the father, and passive attitude of nursing staffs, have been found to be associated with a low rate (16.7%) of performing kangaroo care. The purpose of the project is to try to increase the rate to 34.4% through the design of a kangaroo blanket, adjusting visitation time, creating a comfortable environment and establishing the standard protocols.
