晚期早產兒之母乳哺育

Breastfeeding of Late Preterm Infants

人工生殖科技的進步與促進排卵藥物之使用，為不孕婦女帶來一線生機，卻也因此增加多胞胎妊娠機率，而多胞胎是早產的高危險群。早產兒因器官不成熟易產生餵食困難問題，又因醫療需求住進新生兒加護中心而與母親分離，以上皆會增加母乳哺育的困難，本文藉由認識晚期早產兒特徵，進而探討晚期早產兒於母乳哺育中常遭遇之問題，以提出醫療照護與未來研究上之建議。

The progress in artificial reproductive technology and the usage of ovulation inducing medications bring a ray of hope for infertile women. However, it also increases probabilities of multiple pregnancies, which are at high risk for preterm births. Feeding difficulties are common in premature children due to organ immaturity. Premature children are also usually admitted to neonatal intensive care unit, and separated from their mothers due to medical needs. All of the above will increase breastfeeding diffi culties. This paper is trying to state the characteristics of late preterm infants, and then explore the most common breastfeeding problems in women with late preterm infants. The proper medical care for late preterm infants and future studies were also suggested.
