肝臟移植兒童與家庭之照護

Nursing Care of Children Receiving Liver Transplant and their Families

肝臟移植手術是目前對於兒童膽道閉鎖、肝衰竭、肝腫瘤以及部分先天代謝異常疾病具有良好成效的治療方式，但也是極具生命威脅的醫療過程。本文主要敘述兒童肝臟移植之適應症、接受肝臟移植病童與家庭所面臨的生活轉變與決策歷程，同時，針對移植手術前後之評估與護理，以及居家照護等作一系統性整理。此外，亦藉由兩個臨床案例，整合呈現肝臟移植病童與家庭之照護經驗，期望能提供護理人員臨床照護參考。

Pediatric liver transplant surgery is presently regarded as an effective treatment of children’s biliary atresia, hepatic failure, liver tumors, and partial congenitalmetabolic disorder, but is also a life-threatening medical procedure.This articlemainly describedthe indications of the liver transplant, the children’s need to receive the surgery, and their family life experience and decision-making process.Additionally, a systematic reorganization of nursing assessments and transplant surgery care, as well as home care information were provided. In addition, looking at these two clinical casesmay serve as a valuable reference for nurses in the future.
