護理人員對行動護理站接受程度之初探

Nursing Staffs' Acceptance of the Mobile Station and the Related Factors in a Medical Center in Central Taiwan

行動護理站是導入無線網路，結合資訊科技及臨床護理實務創新的新型護理工作車，本研究目的為瞭解臨床護理人員使用行動護理站的接受程度及影響接受度的相關因素。研究對象採立意取樣，共計112位中部某醫學中心內外科病房使用行動護理站之護理人員，以問卷調查方法進行資料收集。研究結果顯示護理人員對於行動護理站之整體接受度高，願意持續使用行動護理站者佔92.9%，同時91.1%護理人員希望全院啟用；影響接受度的相關因素方面，在行動護理站認知的有用性與易用性、使用意願、主管及同儕的支持對護理人員接受度皆具有影響力，同時護理人員電腦能力的自信度越高者，對於行動護理站接受度亦越高。故強化行動護理站的硬、軟體功能，提升護理人員對行動護理站認知的有用性與易用性；推動行動護理站的過程，運用單位主管及護理同仁相互的支持力量並加強電腦的素養，皆有益於提升護理人員對於行動護理站建置與發展的接受度。

The aim of this study was to investigate nursing staffs'acceptance of the mobile station, andthe factors affecting their acceptance. A purposive sampling was conducted in this study. Onehundred and twelve nurses who had used themobile station completed the self-design questionnaire.The results of this study showed that the nursing staff had a high level of acceptance in using themobile station. One hundred and four subjects (92.9%) reported that they were willing to use themobile station continually and suggested that the mobile station should be adopted in the entirehospital. The usefulness of the mobile station, the ease of use, users'intention, and the support ofsupervisors and peers had influence on nursing staffs' acceptance of using the mobile station.Nurses who have greater confidence in their computer competence have higher acceptance inusing such a mobile station.
