整合活動圖與顏色派翠網路於製造系統的重構與避免鎖死

An Integrated Activity Diagram and Colored Peti Net Approachfor Reconfiguration and Deadlock Avoidance of Manufacturing Systems

可重構製造系統的發展目的在於能迅速的調整製造系統，以快速反應市場需求及變化。但是製造系統內的機器及搬運設備等資源是有限的，當重構製造系統時，允許多種零件同時進行加工，可能會因使用共用資源而產生鎖死，因此，本研究提出一個整合活動圖及顏色派翠網路為基礎的方法論，來分析與設計製造系統的重構，並解決製造系統重構後的鎖死問題。製造系統的重構分成三階段，第一階段以活動圖來描述製造系統作業需求；第二階段將活動圖轉換成顏色派翠網路，做為製造系統的作業行為分析；第三階段設計無鎖死製造系統的顏色派翠網路，做為建構製造系統的依據。整合此三階段的製造系統的重構，提供一個有系統及有效率的方法論來重構一個行為良好的製造系統。

The goal of developing reconfigurable manufacturing systems is to enable manufacturing systems to be quickly adjusted in response to the changes of customer demands or market conditions. However, resources such as machines and handling equipment in the manufacturing system are limited, so a deadlock may occur and cause the operations to be suspended if resources are not allocated properly after system reconfiguration. In this research, an integrated activity diagram and colored Petri net approach for the design and analysis of the reconfiguration of a manufacturing system is proposed. Deadlock avoidance is considered during the system reconfiguration. The development process proposed is divided into three stages. The first stage is defining the operational requirements of reconfiguration for the manufacturing system by using activity diagrams. The second stage is the behavior analysis of the reconfigured manufacturing system. The colored Petri net model transformed from the activity diagrams is introduced for the behavior analysis of the reconfigured manufacturing system. The third stage is designing a deadlock-free manufacturing system based on the colored Petri net model. This deadlock-free model serves as the basis for constructing the manufacturing system. The proposed integrated activity diagram and the colored Petri net approach provide a systematic and efficient methodology for reconfiguring a good behavior manufacturing system.
