There has been an increasing mterest m the relationship between the Chinese World and Vietnam. The establishment and governance of Ruăn shi Dynasty in Vietnam is frequently related to the diea of Chinese World Orders. In this paper, I use narrative discourse to find how the creation of Ru知shi Dynasty can be applied to the use of Multi-level governance. The aim of this paper is to gain a better understanding of the difficulty of governance. There are three parts of my arguments. First, I point out Double-level Identification statements. Second, I point out Competition and combination statements. And finally, in the third part, I point out Hegemony statements. This paper contributes to the field's understanding of Multi-level governance in Vietnam history. |
