跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術之護理

Nursing Care for Patients on Beating Heart Coronary Artery Bypass Graft

近幾十年來隨著國人生活水準的提升，罹患冠狀動脈疾病的人數有逐漸增加的趨勢，相對的國人接受冠狀動脈繞道手術的人數亦逐年的增加，跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術是一種無體外循環協助之冠狀動脈繞道手術，由於較傳統的冠狀動脈繞道手術具有相當多之優點，目前已有許多的國人接受此種手術。為因應目前的醫療趨勢，本文期望經由介紹跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術之沿革、體外循環對病患生理功能之影響、跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術及其效益、跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術之護理原則，使護理人員對於跳動式冠狀動脈繞道手術有更深一層的認識，並將之應用於臨床護理工作中，以提昇此類手術病患之照護品質。

In recent years, as the living standard progresses in Taiwan, the population suffer coronaryartery diseases also increased, at the same time, the population receiving coronary artery bypassgraft increased as well. Beating heart coronary artery bypass graft is a type of bypass graft withoutextracorporeal circulation.As compared with traditional bypass graft, it has more advantages, thus,received by a large number of patients. This paper intends to introduce the history of the beatingheart coronary artery bypass graft, the effects of extracorporeal circulation on the physiologicalfunctions of the patients, the operation of the beating heart coronary artery bypass graft and itsbenefits, and nursing care for the patients, in hope to provide the nursing staffs better understandingof the beating heart coronary artery bypass graft, thus improving the nursing care quality in clinicalpractice.
