運用肺部復健運動計劃於一位肺葉切除術後病人之護理經驗

Nursing Experience with Pulmonary Rehabilitative Exercise on a Patients after Lobectomy

本文係敘述一位非小細胞癌患者，在接受肺葉切除手術後所引發之生、心理層面問題與其護理。筆者在個案接受手術轉入胸腔內外科加護病房(RCU)期間，藉由觀察、會談、身體評估等技巧，運用Gordon’s十一項健康功能評估個案有：氣體交換障礙、急性疼痛、知識缺失、潛在危險性感染、焦慮等健康問題。在護理過程中，除給予個案直接護理支持外，術後並協同家屬共同擬定復健運動計劃，在體力可負荷範圍內漸進增加活動量，幫助個案勇於面對疾病所衍生的壓力及問題，促其恢復健康並奠定日後運動習慣的基礎。

The article discusses a non-small cell lung cancer patient's mental, physical and nursing problemsafter the lobectomy. According to Gordon's functional evaluation, the author detected toobservation interviews and physical assessments that the patient suffered from impaired gasexchange, acute pain, knowledge deficit, potential risk for infection and anxiety problems whilethe patient stayed in the RCU. Over the course of nursing beside the nursing support, the patientand his family scheduled recovering pulmonary rehabilitative exercise together after the surgery,not only to help the patient overcome the pressure and problems of the disease, but also establishan exercise plan for the basis of future health.
