女性脊髓損傷病人性功能障礙之照護

The Care of Women with Spinal Cord Injury and Sexual Dysfunction

本文旨在探討脊髓損傷女性患者，由於脊髓神經功能不良所產生的性功能障礙，及所必須面臨身、心、家庭與社會層面之衝擊，主要破除一般認為肢體障礙女性無法滿足性需求及達到生育角色功能的刻板印象，提供護理人員對於脊髓損傷女性患者的生理功能限制、性活動改變、心理衝擊、月經、懷孕與生育等性相關問題之照護與處置方法，並運用性諮商團體協助病患度過哀傷及性調適期，期望護理專業角色能發揮最大功能。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of physical, psychological, family andsocial factors on sexual impairment caused by spinal nerve dysfunction in female patients withspinal cord injury. This study can (1) eliminate the stereotyped impression that women with physicaldeformities can't be fulfilled sexually, (2) provide solutions for nursing faculty concerningcare and management of physiological limitation, change in sexual activity, psychological impact,menstruation, pregnancy and fertility, and (3) utilize sexual counseling groups to help patients dealwith periods of sadness and sexual adjustment.
