隨著資訊科技發展與網路技術的應用，電子資源更具便利性與豐富性，各政府機構與圖書館皆致力於電子資源採購，但與日俱增的電子資源卻也造成資源分散、資訊搜尋不易等問題。不同的使用者介面與操作方式也成為使用者的負擔，故「電子資源整合查詢系統」的選擇與建置健全的系統成了各機構與圖書館核心重點。本文將提出電子資源整合查詢系統介紹與應用，評估當前系統功能需求，並以當前國內政府機關與圖書館最常用之電子資源整合查詢系統產品作為範例，針對其使用檢索介面、功能與延伸服務加以分析、比較，提出更完整電子資源整合查詢系統之功能需求，期望提供使用者更快速的資源服務，達到資源共享之目標，並做為日後建置系統之參考。

Development of information technology and network technology makes electronic resources become more convenience and richness. However, it is still difficult to search the increasing amount of scattered electronic resources Different user interfaces and operational features are burdens for most general users. This article investigates most pouplar electronic resources meta search systems for government agencies and libraries to make comparison with interfaces, functions and extending services. and then we propose a functional requirements of electronic resources meta search system with more comprehensive demands in details.
