The policy of official document management computerization provides government agencies superior document processing circumstances, which has achieved satisfactory outcome for a decade. This article is to introduce the promotion plan of paper reduction and egergy saving using document on-line approval for achieving the computerization of duly accomplished official documents ultimately. The strategies contain that the implementation plan, setting performance indicators for government agencies, offering the overall official-document integration services, and annual phased promotion projects which will have a great impact onto conventioanal official-document processing. The key factors of success in the policy include the support of leaders of government agencies, the good communication among every operating unit, adequate propagation channels, and well-coordinated promotion activities and training programs.
