Life-cycle Management of Electronic Records

電子檔案是電子化政府的必然產物，隨著業務資訊化，各機關所產生的電子檔案亦大量成長。隨著電子檔案的生命週期階段，制定不同的管理措施，將能有效地提升此數位知識資產的維護與應用。本文綜合美、英、加、澳各國之電子檔案管理作法，初步提出電子檔案生命週期管理架構，供後續相關研究之參考。

Electronic records are inevitable products of electronic government. Owing to computerization of business operations, the amount of electronic records in government agencies increases dramatically. Digital knowledge assets such as electronic records will be suitably preserved and used on behalf of their life-cycle management. Summarizing suggestions from the national archives of four nations, this study proposed a preliminary framework of life-cycle management on electronic records for further discussion.
