The KM in an organization changes the routine cognitive habits and operations, just like a process of education in thought and culture. By designing and arranging the process of KM, we can transform tacit knowledge, know-how and workflow into procedures, standardization, and context analysis of documentations, and lay the base for creating compentencies, competitive advantage and sustainable development. Starting from knowledge accumulation and content analysis, KM demonstrates the value of knowledge in Era of knowledge-based Economy. After the core competence is confirmed, the vision objectives will carried out, feasible knowledge management proposals and activity priority will be established throuth the planning of workflow management, tslented person management and content management, and making good use of information technologies, so as to achive the competitive strategies, objectives and values of the organization. |
