From Microform to Scanning - An Analysis of the Digitalization of the Executive Yuan Archives

本文概述行政院的檔案管理，在實施34年的微縮典藏作業後，配合檔案法及檔案管理局「檔案管理資訊化政策」，實施檔案數位化典藏作業。並依筆者經驗提出檔案電子化面臨的問題及建議。

This article gives a general description of the Executive Yuan archives management. After 34 years of microform archives preservation, the Executive Yuan has decided to maintain digital archives in coordination with the Archives Act and the management and information policy implemented by the National Archives. The writer also raises questions and puts forth proposals concerning government archives digitalization, based on personal experience.
