認識災難護理

An Introduction to Disaster Nursing

近年日本大阪神戶大地震、沙林毒氣事件、隨後台灣921大地震及美國世貿大樓911恐怖攻擊事件等災難，均造成人類生命與健康重大危害。而在災難醫療中之災難護理又是非常重要的一環，但國人對災難護理的瞭解與認識是自921大地震後才逐漸受到重視。本文即針對災難護理的意義、要素及訓練作一介紹，期望能達到拋磚引玉之效，後續當有更多的討論及研究。

Disasters have caused serious damages to human lives and health around the world recently, such as the great Hanshin earthquake, the Tokyo sarin gas attack, the great 921 earthquake, and 911 New York terror attack. There is no doubt that Disaster Nursing has become one of the important areas in Disaster Medicine. The Disaster Nursing did not attract enough and concern attention in Taiwan until the 921 earthquake. The purpose of this article was to introduce the meaning, components, and trainings of Disaster Nursing. We hope more discussions and studies will be held to facilitate its smooth realization in the future.
