The author held the CPR training in the five supervised wards at the same time for time saving. 3.Evaluate the effect of this project by a satisfactory survey. The training process was applied completely according to the standard. The results showed that 87 trained nurses in this project felt satisfied with CPR training and time spent on CPR training was saved by 28.01 minutes in each nurse, 40.61 hours in total. NT$17,056 was saved on the cost of manpower. The training model has been used for 3 years as a guideline for annual CPR training in the 5 wards. The authors suggest that nursing educators and nursing administrators can use it as a standard model to guide CPR training program. |
