癌末患者的疼痛問題及處置

Pain Management for Terminal Cancer Patients

病痛，是癌末患者主要的不適問題。在臨床中除了藥物治療外，另還有許多的護理方法可協助患者減輕疼痛。為了持續的改進和發展安寧照護的服務工作，筆者重新檢視了一年來患者的護理記錄，將我們的經驗提出與大家分享。

Pain is one of the main problems for the terminal cancer patient. Beside the medication, there have been many nursing interventions to help the patients release the pain. In order to improve and develop our services continuously and have good delivery of hospice care practice, we reviewed the nurses' records and to share our experiences.
