一位急性前骨髓細胞性白血病患者之護理經驗

A Case Report of Nursing An Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Patient

本文是探討一位急性前骨髓細胞性白血病患者，在護理過程中藉著會談、觀察蒐集14篇互動記錄，將內容分析加以整理及歸納，應用紐曼系統理論作整體性護理評估，發現有高危險性感染、現存性損傷╱出血、口腔黏膜改變、社交隔離及照顧者角色緊張等問題，在護理過程中，利用護理專業知識及技巧，皆達成目標，期能提供臨床護理人員在照顧此類患者之經驗參考。

Based on the discussions during the nursing process, observations, and interactive records from 14 books, the present study discusses the nursing experience of a patient with acute promyelocytic leukemia. The study analyzes, organizes and classifies the data, using the Neuman systems model. Results show a highly dangerous infection, existing wounds/bleeding, changes to the oral mucosa, social isolation and complication of the role of caretaker. During the nursing process, the use of professional nursing knowledge and techniques proves effective in reaching goals. The study will be of interest to clinical nurses as a reference in caring for similar patients.
