The Application of ISO Series in Promoting Nursing Care Quality

ISO品質保證制度在1987年開始為歐洲市場所採用，台灣企業為了打入這個國際市場，於是產業界紛紛投入這個認、證的制度中，醫療界則多採觀望的人居多，一直到近幾年始有醫療院所通過ISO9002認證。僅管ISO品質保證制度風行於台灣產業界，但仍然有許多人質疑它是否真的可以造就企業的品質保證。本文主要在探討何謂ISO、它的執行步驟及優缺點，並討論如何以ISO的作業方式提昇護理品質。

The 180 series has been applied in Europe since 1987. Many companies in Taiwan start applying 180 series in business in order to join the international markets. Although some hospitals in Taiwan got approved by 180 9002, most hospitals are still undecided to apply 180 because their services were local and varietal. The question always confusing people is whether the company can keep its quality after it got approved by 180 series certification. The purposes of this article are to discuss the definition and application procedure of the 180, the effects and problems of the 180 series application. Finally, we can apply the 180 system effectively to promote the nursing care quality.
