The purpose of this study is to investigate The effectiveness of perioperative nursing in gynecological operating room. The study adaptes "Stetler's research utilization model", which is composed of the following 6 steps, preparation, confirmation, comparative assesement, decision-making, utilization, and evaluation, to endure the proceeding of perioperative nursing. A total sample size of 65 subjects are divided randomly into the experimental group consists of 35 subjects and 30 subjects for the control group. Measurement tools by using structured questionnaires including the Mishel' Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), the Patient Satisfaction Scale, and the nurses' Job Satisfaction. The results are as follow: the experimental group has a higher patients' satisfaction than the control group; through executing perioperative nursing we obtain higher job satisfaction in gynecological operating room. However, there is no difference between the two groups on uncertainty scale. Base on data results, researchers can establish an executing management of perioperative nursing to satisfied of gynecological patients and gynecological operating nurses. |
