本研究以聚四甲基醚二醇為多元醇原料,二甲醇基丙酸為內部乳化劑,異弗爾酮二異氰酸酯為異氰酸酯原料,三乙胺為中和劑,乙二胺為鏈延長劑,採用預聚合法製備水性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂(Waterborne polyurethane resin, WPU),隨後加入WPU樹脂固形分重5%之羧甲基纖維素(Carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC)、鹼木質素(Alkaline lignin, AL)、木質素磺酸鈉(Sodium lignin sulfonate, SL)、單寧(Tannin, Tan)、竹炭粉(Bamboo charcoal, BC)調配含生質物WPU樹脂,探討添加生質物(Biomass)對WPU樹脂液及樹脂薄膜性質之影響。由試驗結果得知,pH值為影響生質物與WPU樹脂液相容性的重要因素,添加CMC可明顯提高WPU樹脂液的粘度、表面張力及平均粒徑。SEM圖顯示添加SL及Tan可增加WPU樹脂薄膜的韌性。添加生質物使WPU樹脂薄膜親水性提高,拉伸強度降低。動態熱機械分析(Dynamic mechanical analysis, DMA)顯示添加生質物提高WPU樹脂薄膜中軟鏈段的剛性,但增加硬鏈段的熱活動性。熱重分析(Thermal gravimetric analysis, TGA)顯示添加生質物降低WPU樹脂的熱抵抗性。 |

In this study, waterborne polyurethane resin (WPU) was prepared by a pre-polymerization method with polytetramethylene ether glycol as the polyol, dimethanolpropionic acid as the internal emulsifier, isophorone diisocyanate as the isocyanate, triethylamine as the neutralizer and ethylenediamine as a chain extender. The WPU resin was blended with biomasses (5% based on the weight of dry WPU), such as carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), alkaline lignin (AL), sodium lignin sulfonate (SL), tannin (Tan), and bamboo charcoal (BC) to prepare biomass-containing WPU resins. The influence of the biomass on the properties of WPU resin liquid and resin film was investigated. The experimental results showed that the pH value was an important factor affecting the compatibility of biomass and WPU resin solution. Adding CMC significantly increased the viscosity, surface tension and average particle size of WPU resin solution. SEM images showed that adding SL and Tan improved the toughness of the WPU resin film. The addition of biomass increaseed the hydrophilicity of the WPU resin film and reduced the tensile strength. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) showed that the addition of biomass improved the rigidity of the soft segment in the WPU resin film, and increased the thermal activity of the hard segment. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) showed that adding biomass reduced the thermal resistance of WPU resin. |
