國高中生對科學的理解與喜愛,將影響其未來大學科系選擇及是否願意從事科學相關工作,對我國的科學研究及產業發展至關重要。本研究旨在以興趣理論基礎,運用能引發情境興趣的因素與教學策略,轉化2012年諾貝爾生理醫學獎──「誘導性多能幹細胞」研究成果,開發非制式科學實作課程與教學,以促進國高中生的科學概念理解與科學學習興趣,並進一步探討實作課程教學提升科學概念理解與科學學習興趣之因素。本研究首先透過「誘導性多能幹細胞」研究內容分析,提取研究中主要的科學概念,並連結國高中生的生物學科內容,以能引發情境興趣的因素與教學策略設計適合國高中生程度的非制式科學實作課程,並進行教學及學習成效研究,教學研究對象為以立意取樣都會區國中45位國中生及社區型高中52位高中生分別參與此非制式科學實作課程,並於教學前後填寫「科學概念理解問卷」與「科學學習興趣量表」,教學後填寫「實作課程教學感知問卷」,用以探討此實作課程教學提升國高中生的科學概念理解與科學學習興趣之因素與教學策略。研究結果發現,一、非制式科學實作課程教學能提升國中生的科學概念理解(M前測=.52, M後測=.7, t=6.43***, d=.97)及情境興趣(M前測=3.99, M後測=4.19, t=2.36*, d=.28)。二、非制式科學實作課程教學能提升高中生的科學概念理解(M前測=.67, M後測=.89, t=9.28***, d=1.66)、情境興趣(M前測=4.03, M後測=4.35, t=3.35**, d=.52)及個人興趣(M前測=4.12, M後測=4.31, t=2.52*, d=.30)。三、實作課程教學在提升科學概念理解上,「高中生」優於「國中生」(F=23.36,p<.001,η2=.199);在提升維持性情境興趣-感覺分向度上,「高中生」亦優於「國中生」(F=4.15,p<.05,η2=.042)。四、教學後,國高中生皆認為提升科學概念理解及科學學習興趣上,「學習新知」因素有較佳之影響,「產生成就感」因素較難產生影響,國中生也比高中生覺得此課程概念較艱深及較難理解,而影響其學習成效。本研究最後歸納出轉化科學家研究為科學課程的步驟,並提出教學設計及實務上之建議。 |

This is a survey research conducted at the ''Innovating A Better Future'' exhibition hall of the National Science and Technology Museum. The researcher used the D&M Information System Success Model to construct instruments and classify the factors into five dimensions: quality of information, quality of service, quality of mobile devices, user satisfaction, and effectiveness of use. The correlations among quality of information, quality of service, quality of mobile devices, user satisfaction, and effectiveness of use were analyzed after high school students visited the exhibition hall. Data from 208 senior high school students were collected for research and analysis. The results of the study indicated that: (1) The Information System Success Model is applicable for the survey site. (2) There was no significant difference in the structure of the Information System Success Model among high school students with different backgrounds. (3) The quality of information, quality of service, and quality of mobile devices had positive and strong correlations with user satisfaction and effectiveness of use. |
