歐洲中央銀行模型選擇之研究

The Research of the European Banking Central Bank Model

本文希冀以比較分析法區別以美國為主的「美國聯邦準備體制」（the Federal Reserve System for the USA）以及德國自1957 之後的「德意志聯邦銀行」（Dentsche Bundes Bank）為模型的中央銀行體制之差異，再以歷史分析法的脈絡闡釋國際環境之影響，藉以分析歐洲中央銀行在體制選擇與其角色及功能上的演變。

The European Central Bank (ECB) began operation on 1 June 1998. It is a unique supranational creation with deep transformation in the nature of the European politics. The article try to explain how to choose the ECB creating between the Federal Reserve System and the Dentsche Bundes Bank System, and how the transformation of the ECB's role and function under international context.
