CMMI組織流程定義知識管理之研究－－以南大電算中心為例

A Study on CMMI-Based Organizational Process Definition for Knowledge Management-A Case Study for National University of Tainan

在現今競爭激烈的企業環境裡，知識早已成為增進企業競爭優勢的關鍵因素。目前已有許多學者提出知識管理的概念性架構，但卻很少著重在如何執行知識管理(Knowledge Management)之細部執行方法上，導致組織在執行知識管理時常常面臨許多問題。因此，本論文採用卡內基美隆大學(Carnegie Mellon University, CMU)軟體工程學院(Software EngineeringInstitute, SEI)發展之能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)其中的組織流程定義(Organizational Process Definition, OPD)及組織流程專注(Organizational ProcessFocus, OPF)以實現流程導向的知識管理。此外，為實現流程導向的知識管理，本論文應用知識本體(Ontology)技術建置一般組織通用的組織流程知識本體，亦採用模糊標記語言(Fuzzy Markup Language, FML)描述組織流程知識本體，並透過模糊推論機制推論國立臺南大學電算中心標準採購流程執行狀況，探討組織如何有效執行知識管理。由實驗結果可知以本論文提出方法進行推論採購流程有效性程度大部份接近專家結果，故證明本論文所提出方法是可行的。

Recently, the knowledge has been the main factor of promoting the business's competitive advantages in the current business environment. Up to now, there are many researchers have proposed the conceptual framework for the Knowledge Management (KM), but most of them did not emphasize on the sub-practices of how to implement the KM. Hence, this paper adopts the Organizational Process Definition (OPD) and Organizational Process Focus (OPF) process areas of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) developed by the Carnegie Mellon University/Software Engineering Institute (CMU/SEI) to carry out the Process-oriented Knowledge Management. The ontology technology is also applied to construct the common OPD ontology. Furthermore, Fuzzy Markup Language (FML) is used to describe the OPD ontology, and then the fuzzy inference mechanism is implemented to infer the performance of the important standard purchasing processes of Computer Center of National University of Tainan (NUTN) and discuss how to implement effectively knowledge management.
