The research is studied by historical inquiry and theoretical analysis to integrate with the definition of educational dissemination, curriculum implementation, communicative diffusion and the political Institutionalism. Reviewed from the middle 20 A. D. in U. S., the interactive development of concepts which are "implementation", "diffusion" and "institutionalization" could lead a constructive framework of curriculum dissemination. Finally, reaching the conclusion that the theoretical guidance is like a searchlight, and any educational innovation could rely upon the administrative implementation, homogeneous diffusion in the community, institutional culture, to make the curriculum dissemination successful.
