The Introduction of Japanese Balneotherapy Systems

本文旨在簡介日本的溫泉療養系統，包括相關的法令規範、軟硬體設施設立標準及專業人員資格認定等內容，而同屬溫泉資源豐富的寶島台灣，期許政府未來規劃結合療養泉、醫療與環境資源，利用台灣優良多樣性泉質，搭配良好醫療與生態環境，發展溫泉療養，並參考日本溫泉療養的經驗與模式以資借鏡。

This paper aims to introduce Japanese balneotherapy systems. It includes hot spring law, requirements of balneotherapy facilities, and standards of balneotherapy specialists. Because there are so many environmental similarities between Japan and Taiwan in terms of geographic hot spring elements. Taiwan can make the most use of excellent qualities of hot spring with its excellent medical and ecological environment, it is suggested that this paper be used as a reference for future development balneotherapy in Taiwan.
