Under the trend of globalisation and informatisation, which is greatly enhance the convenience of modern life and decreases the distance of multiple areas, however, human society also face the side-effects of the decline of local culture features. It represents that when the social network encounters greatly change and impact, the interior embedded connection of each factor (space, behaviour, group) will broke, and accordingly, causing the loss of local culture feature. In addition, it affects the regional operation. The research applies action research to explore the composition and operation model of one crisis township village. To discuss how it maintain the regional features by forming a stable cultural life circuit. The research results show that a successful operation of a cultural life circuit is related to every factor interaction tightly indaily life. Moreover, it shows that within a cultural life circuit which interior composition of different factors will shift to satisfy different groups’ daily life needs. It can embody space and behaviour closely. Moreover, maintaining interior interaction and intersection repeatedly process in time can also enhance positive effect on regional development. In conclusion, supporting sustainable operation of cultural life circuit is the key point and reference of creating and supporting regional rejuvenation and planning strategy.
