This research applies action research to first year students in university to practice TRIZ in architecture design course. It attempts to solve the unsolved issue raised from previous research that when teachers practice contract learning in architecture design courses, it needs to be processed on the foundation that teachers and learners should have resonance, communication and discussion. The research result shows that practice TRIZ in department of architecture first year students can produce three benefits in architecture design education. 1. Establishing tyros’ systematic design and thinking process, and increasing their sense of learning achievement. 2. Constructing communicate platform between teachers and learners, and enhancing students’ ability of translate and understand abstract ideas. 3. Connecting tyros past knowledge learning systems to curtain learning content, and developing tyros’ ability of independent learning. |
