It is impossible to create a first-class enterprise if there are no happy employees. The main purpose of the current study is to explore the relationship between bright attitudes of the habitual domains and happiness of employees in enterprises, and to investigate which bright attitudes have significant effects on employees’ happiness. The results indicated that the happiness can be categorized as four dimensions: Self-respect and satisfaction, harmonious relationship, positive emotion, and optimism and joyfulness. The happiness of “harmonious relationship” was significantly positive affected by seven bright attitudes of the habitual domains: Respectful life, everything helps growth, objectives with understanding and practice, duties and master, mission and joyful field, gratitude and charity, and enjoyment and devotion. All the seven bright attitudes had the effects on the happiness of “positive emotion”; within these attitudes, “gratitude and charity” had significantly negative effects but the other six attitudes had significantly positive effects on the “positive emotion.” Besides “gratitude and charity,” the other six attitudes also had significantly positive effects on the happiness of “optimism and joyfulness.” The happiness of “self-respect and satisfaction” was affected by the attitudes of “mission and joyful field,” “objectives with understanding and practice,” “everything helps growth” and “respectful life.” These results also suggest that the bright attitudes of the habitual domains could become the major source of people’s happiness in their daily life. |
