全身型膿皰性乾癬中西醫結合治療病例報告

Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine-A Case Report

這是一位2歲的男性患者，從出生後即因為全身型膿皰性乾癬反覆發作而住院治療兩次。此次可能因為類固醇（Prednisolone）減量服用後，造成全身型膿皰性乾癬反彈現象，合併感染與發燒而住院治療。住院期間，中醫根據患者的臨床表現來辨證施治，謹守小兒生理病理特點，選用涼膈散為基礎方，再根據服藥後的變化來加減藥味治療，外用青珠膏調敷增加療效，詳實記錄住院兩個星期期間的皮膚轉變，提供作為中西醫結合治療全身型膿皰性乾癬的參考。

Shortly after birth, this 2-year-old male patient was hospitalized twice due to generalized pustular psoriasis. This time, it may be because of the reduction taking steroids, Prednisolone, resulting in generalized pustular psoriasis rebound phenomenon. With infection and fever, he is sent to hospital again. During hospitalization, we treat him based on clinical symptoms to differentiation, and to keep children physiological and pathological characteristics. Therefore, we choose Liangge San as based formula, and modify prescription according to changes in symptom. Besides, we also provide topical cream, Qing-zhu cream, to increase the efficacy. With this treatment, we detailed record skin changes of this boy in hospital during two weeks. Through this case report, we provide more evidence about generalized pustular psoriasis treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
