民事訴訟缺席判決之探析及完善

本文從厘清民事訴訟中的“缺席判決”、“對席判決”、“兩造辯論判決”、“一造辯論判決”等相關概念入手，梳理了我國民事訴訟缺席判決案件的類型，全面總結了現行缺席判決制度存在的缺失及不足，提出了具有針對性、富有建設性的完善建議。

This article not only clarifies the related concepts in civil procedures, including default judgment, bench judgment, judgment based on bilateral defense and judgment based on unilateral defense, but also analyze the types of default judgments in our country. Moreover, the article overall reviews the deficiencies of the present default judgment systems, and comes up with pointed and constructive optimized suggestions.
