Based on qualitative research method, this paper makes a case exploration on five Taiwan brand teams, namely, Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, Ming Hua Yuan Arts & Cultural Group, Ju Percussion Group, Paper Windmill Theatre and U-Theatre selected by the Ministry of Culture. From team development course, brand features and styles, difficulties and challenges, the paper gives a detailed explanation on each aspect. Finally, it puts forward a SWOT comprehensive analysis of the individual teams to explore the current situation of Taiwan brand teams, difficulties and expectations as well as conclusion and suggestions for improved performance of the art teams under the development trend of the cultural creation market.
