張仲景經方用藥一味差異影響治病範疇之研究

Influence of One Herb in Difference between Medical Formulas of Shanghan Zabing Lun

東漢• 張仲景所著《傷寒雜病論》，歷代醫家都非常重視，其中諸方為後世醫方之鼻祖。一如金元四大家之一的朱丹溪曰：〝仲景諸方，實萬世醫門之規矩準繩也，後之欲方圓平直者，必於是而取則焉。〞，系統性的學習仲景學說對學習中醫是何等重要。其中多首方劑之間只有一味之異，而證治有別，本文主要研究論述一味藥物何以影響全方之證治，藉以了解仲景精細辨證用藥之精神。

Shanghan Zabing Lun written by Zhang Zhongjing in Eastern Han Dynasty is extremely emphasized by chinese medical doctors throughout the ages. And the medical formulas in Shanghan Zabing Lun are still used universally in the present clinic. We can find that in some medical formulas there is only one chinese herb difference in Shanghan Zabing Lun,but the indications of these medical formulas are distinct. Therefore this study is focused on how only one chinese herb difference between medical formulas can influence its effect. By this study,we can realize the spirit of prescriptions written by Zhang Zhongjing and learn how to treat a patient based on syndrome differentiation.
