There have been many years since the German contemporary phenomenologist Hermann Schmitz developed his body-phenomenology and used it to facilitate the cooperation between different disciplines such as medicine and phenomenology. "Primary present” is one of his core concepts in body-phenomenology, which includes 5 different moments and represents the main frameworks in order to carry his analysis of body-phenomena out. In this article, I will discuss the structure of primary present by using pain-phenomena, and particularly I will put more interest on the moment "dieses”. Exactly speaking, bodies are determined by "dieses” as one region of chaotic manifolds, and their dynamic existence must be hold by the structure of primary present. |
