中美檔案管理組織之比較研究

A Comparative Study on Archives Management Organizations between America and Taiwan

揆諸世界各國，歷史愈悠久且愈先進之國家，檔案組織制度愈臻健全，我國起步較晚，現仍處建置階段，益需截取他國經驗。鑑於美國檔案事業具有完善之組織體系及先進之管理制度，素為各國仿效學習之對象。因此，本文試圖以比較研究的方法，蒐集相關資料探討我國與美國檔案管理組織體系的差異，以收截長補短之效。

As the archives management systems in Taiwan are still at the preliminary stage of development, it is significant for us to extract experiences from other developed countries. Since the United States has been prestigious for its advanced archives systems, this paper adopts a comparative methodology to analyze the respective differences of archives management organizations between the United States and Taiwan. Through the comparison, we hope to provide constructive perspectives for the domestic advancement of archives management.
