關於當前中國「大戰略」討論的辯證問題

The Debate for China's Grand Strategy: A Critical View

起自十八世紀末的工業革命不僅徹底影響了戰略的內涵，同時也讓所謂大戰略逐漸形成一個新的討論範疇。儘管如此，針對大戰略的討論至少應先釐清相干概念的定義、範圍與內涵等等問題；特別由於自1990年代末起，有關中國「大戰略」的討論也逐漸在海內外引起相當程度的迴響，在本文中我們便試圖就最近十年來學界的討論過程，從理論與實際的結合著手，設法去觀察並瞭解相關議題的未來發展。

The Industrial Revolution since the late eighteenth century has not only influenced the immanence of strategy, but offered a new realm for discussing the so-called grand strategy, including its definition, range, and content. Especially since the 1990s, there're more and more scholars directing their attention to the transformation of China's strategy. In this paper, I'll observe the relative researches and try to predict its development.
