Since 1990s, China has attracted more and more attention from all over the world because of it rising power, and the main reason why China could get this status is perhaps that it adopted the reforming policy to save its disrupting economy. Anyway, success of the policy does not only solve China's economic problems, but also give it more confidence and power to meliorate its international position, and this would be the background of the so-called ''Big Power Diplomacy''. But, what the more important is, because of the geographic position and its traditional influence, the change of China's foreign policy would inevitably convert the interactions among East Asian countries. In this paper, I would like to realize and explain why China has a new foreign policy and what is its main goal. Then, I will also try to predict how the policy will influence the security and stability of East Asia region. |
