大敘述中的罅隙──端木方反共書寫的另一向度

The Gap of Grand Narrative: The Other Dimensionality of Duan Mu Fang's Anti-Communism Writing

端木方成名於文獎會時期，其作品擁有甚高的獲獎率，也因此端木方多以「反共」寫作，見於台灣文學史論中，且常被稱之為「典型」。然不禁讓人思考，除了反共，端木方還有何作品？或端木方的作品果真「典型」？事實上，端木方除了文獎會時期外，亦有其他作品發表於文學期刊，且並非都以反共為主題；端木方的反共文學作品，沒有習見的以醜化共黨人士、誇大他們的「惡行」，亦沒有謾罵式語言與「暴政必亡、反共必勝」八股的情節。本文即以端木方這些具有反共意識的作品為主要研究對象，透過細讀與分析，旨在說明這些他的反共文學並非印象中，乃陷於國家霸權歷史大敘述中不得逃，作品內有著大量從個人經驗出發，或透過不同人物視角，再現當時歷史現場的各種敘述，這使得這些應是服膺於家國大敘述的反共文學作品，時現罅隙－一種屬於個人經驗的小敘事。本文之重要目的，乃在重探以反共書寫知名的端木方，在反共意識之外亦有值得重視的地方。以一種既定印象、同質性概念式的方式去看待他並不適用，他的作品且更有許多值得發掘的地方。

Duan Mu Fang had become famous in 文獎會. His work had been awarded many times. As the result, Duan Mu Fang was always connected to ''Anti-communism'' literature in Taiwanese literary history which were called the ''typical.'' However, what others kind of works did Duan write besides Anti-communism literature? Are Duan's works exactly ''Typical''? In fact, Duan Mu Fang had published many works not only in 文獎會 but also in some literary magazines. The themes of those works were not all about anti-communism. In addition, there is no vilifying the members of Communist Party or abusing and ''''Tyranny will lose; anti-communism will win'' in Duan's anti-communism writing. This project intends to explore Duan's anti-communism works. Through careful reading and analysis, this study will explain his anti-communism works was caused by the grand narrative of national hegemony. In the works, there are lots of his personal experience or various characters' point of views. It reappear kinds of narrative in the historical scene and made those works which should be under national Grand Narrative show gap, little narrative of personal experience. The purpose of this project is re-explore Duan Mu Fang whose works have many points deserve to value besides anti-communism. It is not appropriate to stereotype him and his works. His work are still a lot of points can be explore.
