With the development of AI (Artificial Intelligence), mobile robots, cloud big data etc., the development of mobile technology, platform economy, automated production and consumption, and the Internet of Things which have deeply affected of the retail industry. In particular, e-commerce has evolved from a user-centric EC2.0 to an online and offline (O2O, Online to Offline) combination of virtual and real EC3.0 through mobile devices (such as smartphones and tablets) with wireless technology and 5G Development. Therefore, the real-time intercommunication integration of virtual reality and cross-border applications has become an important direction. Hence, the impact of the development of Japanese retailer's e-commerce sales, and how to respond to the impact of EC and reshape the cultivation of retail talents will be the focus on this research. |
