With economic development and industrial transformation, loss of value or reutilization becomes a certain outcome of vacant spaces. In order to treat vacant space reutilization as an important policy and actively implement vacant space reutilization, the government intends to treat vacant spaces with historic meaning in Taiwan as subjects, and turn vacant buildings, spaces, and environments into artistic spaces by reutilization. Nanton County is an agricultural county, which has been under financial difficulty for many years, and there is a large amount of vacant space. In order to reinforce the superiority in competitive of the public retail market of Jhushan Town in Nanton County, vacant space reutilization becomes an extremely important issue. Therefore, this study will assess the key factors affecting the superiority in competitive of public vacant space reutilization by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Analytical results showed that the order of the affecting four key factors of the public retail market, is: maintenance and management, service quality, operation service model, and implement policy. |
