六標準差結構性探討與未來研究之意涵

The Structured Review of Six Sigma and Implications for Future Research

六標準差是近二十年來視為在品質管理範圍最重要的理論，六標準差有其對於組織績效重要的貢獻，雖然六標準差計畫重要性與受到肯定，但重要相關議題還沒有深入的探討。本研究首度整理六標準差相關文獻，探討六標準差的管理理論與實務理解時議題，研究六標準差探索相關研究因子，建立未來研究之六標準差8項研究命題，開發創新研究主題，並對學界進行產學合作能夠廣度進行業務開發，提升台灣產業界透過六標準差系統提升競爭力。

Six Sigma is considered by many to be the most important advancement in quality management and process improvement in the last two decades. Six Sigma has been adopted by many organizations in a wide variety of industries, and has continued to deliver positive results. Despite the importance and popularity of Six Sigma programs, Six Sigma research is lacking, with many important issues not carefully examined. The authors first conducted a nearly exhaustive search of the Six Sigma academic and practitioner literature in light of management theory and their understanding of Six Sigma in practice. This research plans to discover the related factors and provide propositions for future study.
