Objective: Nuclear medicine, unlike conventional radiology, studies the function rather than morphology of our body. Therefore, diseases and drugs affecting the normal physiology of our body will infl uence the imaging. The aim of the current project is to develop a cloud and ontology-based Nuclear Medicine Healthcare Cloud of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital at Kaohsiung. Methods: This study Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Hospital District of Nuclear Medicine imaging patient medication history-based, nuclear medicine health care structure in the Google cloud computing 'App Engine (Google APP Engine, GAE)' and use JSP development following six cloud services, namely, Medication history Collection Agent Cloud (MHCC), Medication History Search Cloud (MHSC), Patient Medication Alert Cloud (PMAC), Patient Medication Consultation Cloud (PMCC), Nuclear Medicine Database Cloud (NMDC) and Drug Interaction Ontology Cloud (DIOC). Results: This research into clinical use cloud computing technology and nuclear medicine contrast examination pharmacological properties of drug information, and analysis to construct nuclear medicine examination cloud interaction knowledge. Nuclear Medicine Alert Cloud provide four system clouds and two database clouds. Conclusions: The future work of this research is to integration of patient medication alert cloud service and APP application. This cloud service name is 'Nuclear Medicine Healthcare Cloud'. The nuclear medicine of doctor or nurse should be input chart number that the nuclear medicine healthcare cloud APP response alert message and drug name to smartphone or tablet. Overall, it will improve the safety of patient care. |
