高雄護理雜誌發表文章之回顧與分析：2008-2013

Retrospective Review and Analysis of the Article Published in the Kaohsiung Journal of Nursing from 2008 to 2013

近年來護理同仁對參與學術活動及學術發表日益重視，本文分析結果發現：高雄護理雜誌近五年平均接受率低於四成，第一作者以臨床護理人員居多，工作場所以醫學中心居多，發表文章類型以個案報告最多，護理研究文章較少且以量性研究為主，護理專案文章較少，但以專業議題的題目居多，論述文亦少且以專業議題之主題居多。藉由回顧五年發表之文章結果，期使同仁再接再厲，激發參與學術發表的動機。

The importance of participating in scholarly activity and publication is valued more highly among nurse colleagues in recent years. The results of this analysis showed: the acceptance rate of articles submitted to the Kaohsiung Journal of Nursing was lower than 40%. The first authors in the majority were staff nurses, with employment primarily in medical centers. The most common type of article published was concerning a case report. Few nursing research studies were published and quantitative research was the dominant design, while few nursing projects and review articles were published and their contents were frequently related to professional issues. Retrieving the publications in the journal within five years could raise colleagues’ motivation to participate in scholarly work more aggressively.
