使用恩博治療類風濕性關節炎病患後新發生心臟衰竭──個案報告

New-onset heart failure in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis treated with etanercept: A case report

恩博是腫瘤壞死因子的拮抗劑，經常使用於類風溼性關節炎和其他免疫疾病。恩博可能的副作用包含心臟衰竭和胸痛，所以已知有心臟衰竭病患應該避免使用。我們在此報告一個案，45歲男性病患，使用恩博治療後出現胸痛和心臟衰竭症狀，接受心衰竭治療和停用恩博後，症狀逐漸改善，心臟功能也漸漸恢復正常。

Etanercept is a tumor necrosis factor-alpha antagonist that is widely used in clinical practice to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. Heart failure and chest pain are the possible adverse effects associated with its use, and caution is advised in patients with known heart failure who receive this medication. We present the case of a 45-year-old man with rheumatoid arthritis who developed chest pain and left ventricular systolic dysfunction following etanercept therapy. Etanercept was discontinued and standard heart failure treatment was instituted, which led to the resolution of his symptoms and recovery of left ventricular function to near normal.
