National Central Library (NCL)’s Center for Chinese Studies (CCS) held a Chinese New Year Luncheon for visiting foreign scholars on February 25, 2019 at the Psalms Cafe in NCL’s facilities. Invited were foreign scholars currently in Taiwan on the research grants from CCS or the Taiwan Fellowship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as foreign alumni in Taiwan and persons from Taiwan Resource Centers for Chinese Studies abroad who were in Taiwan for a visit.
