創新五通軸應用於公路登山兩用自行車碳纖維車架設計之研究

Appling Innovative Bottom Bracket on Carbon Fiber Frame Design of Road Bike

透過與泰豐行開發自行車有限公司的合作研發，將傳統自行車的五通軸用途重新定義，使原本公路車與登山車的單一車架使用方式創造新的可能性，轉為創新產品研發與新的騎乘使用模式。本研究執行重點有二：其一是利用五通軸180˚的轉換達成單一車架具有公路登山兩用的使用功能，讓傳統自行車市場創造突破性的創新商品。其二藉由本研究整合自行車碳纖維製造的技術，達成車架內隱式走線設計，進而應用碳纖維PU內模成型技術開發出優質輕量化的產品。本研究為現有自行車市場全新推出之兩用型自行車架，針對本車架開發之創新性說明如下：1.通用型後變速系統。2.車架內隱式走線設計。3.具發明專利之創新五通軸套件。4.碳纖維PU內模成型技術。5.創新兩用車架與專屬前叉設計。

Through the cooperative development with Tai Feng Hang Bicycle Co. Ltd., the Bottom Bracket use of traditional bicycles has been redefined, which has created a new possibility for integrating the original road bicycle with mountain bike frame, and turned into innovative product with new riding mode. There are two key points in this research: First, using the 180 degree conversion of the Bottom Bracket to achieve a single frame with two function - road and mountain biking, creating breakthrough products through innovation on traditional bike market. Secondly, by integrating the technologies of bicycle carbon fiber manufacturing, the design of the internal cables routing in the frame is achieved, and the carbon fiber PU internal molding technology is applied to develop high-quality and lightweight products. This research proposes the new road racing frame in the existing bicycle market. The innovative points of the frame development are as follows: 1. Universal rear shifting system. 2. The internal cables routing frame design. 3. Innovative Bottom Bracket kit with invention patent. 4. Carbon fiber PU internal molding technology. 5. Innovative hybrid bike frame and exclusive fork design.
