Although hypertensive diseases ranking eighth leading cause of death among the domestic (Ministry of Health and Welfare, 2019), which are highly correlated with many diseases, such as heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study is based on the theory of the technology acceptance model (TAM), planned behavior (TPB) and measuring people's willingness to use the cloud blood pressure measurement information system. Meantime, we have the implementation of a questionnaire survey for hypertension and chronic disease outpatient clinics patient. 300 subjects were chosen, including 219 recovery surveys, the return rate was 73%. The reliability and validity of the data are analyzed with SPSS 21.0 version statistical software version to verify and analyze the hypothesis. The empirical results only show that learning outcomes and peer learning have a significant positive effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, another hand, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use demonstrated positively influence over attitudes and behavioral tendencies. We believe the key points are system developers and users must be kept consistent on the cognitive which so as to improving or enhance perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Finally, the results of this study to provide a reference for the performance evaluation of cloud technology in the public and health circles in the academic and practical circles. |
